My whole career I’ve told my fellow coworkers that if I ever had the opportunity to move to the IBEW as an equal I would. The IBEW is the benchmark in compensation, benefits, and workers rights. All other groups, organizations, and companies in the electrical industry fall in line behind the IBEW’s mark.
